Dosing & Administration: MOXISTAR CATTLE POUR-ON should be applied along the top of the back from withers to the base of the tail. The volume to use is 1 mL per 10 kg liveweight. This will administer the correct dose of 0.5 mg/kg liveweight.

MOXISTAR CATTLE POUR-ON can be used in lactating dairy cattle, but DO NOT RETREAT LACTATING CATTLE AT LESS THAN 21 DAY INTERVALS.

For the treatment and control of moxidectin sensitive gastrointestinal parasites (including benzimidazole and/or levamisole resistant strains), lungworm and itch mite of sheep. An aid in the control of selenium responsive conditions.

Moxistar LV is highly effective against gastrointestinal parasites including Barber’s Pole worm, Black scour worm, Stomach hair worm, Small brown stomach worm, Small intestinal worm, Thin necked intestinal worm, Intestinal threadworm, Nodule worm, Large mouthed bowel worm, Large lungworm & itch mite.

Lungworms: (adult and immature) Dictyocaulus viviparus.

Administration Instructions: This product is formulated only for external application to cattle; do not use in other species. The formulation should be applied along the topline in a narrow strip extending from the withers to the tailhead.

Dose Rates The dose is 1mL for each 10kg of liveweight. Dose the mob according to the heaviest animal by liveweight in each group (cows, bulls, calves, heifers etc.).
When there is a large variation in size within the group, draft into two or more lines based on bodyweight, to avoid overdosing. Do not underdose. Cattle should be weighed with either scales or with a weighband.

Mectec Plus is a ready to use broad-spectrum endectocide injection for cattle containing Ivermectin and Clorsulon for the treatment and control of Ivermectin and Clorsulon sensitive strains of internal and external parasites of cattle, including adult liver flukes.

Administration Instructions: This pack dissolves on contact with water. Open outer sachet. To dissolve in water, simply tip inner soluble pack directly into bucket and stir. Dispense as per mixing instructions advised on label.

Controls & Prevents:
ROUTINE TICK CONTROL (NSW, QLD, VIC, NT only): For routine control of specific types of ticks on cattle, apply HRC EXITRAZ at the following intervals:
CATTLE TICK (Rhipicephalus [Boophilus] microplus): intervals of 19 to 21 days.
BUSH TICK (NZ CATTLE TICK) (Haemaphysalis longicornis): intervals of 7 to 21 days.
PARALYSIS TICK (Ixodes holocyclus): intervals of 7 to 10 days. DO NOT leave longer intervals between treatments when ticks are active. For further information consult your Stock Inspector, District Veterinary Officer or Tick Extension Officer.

Nil meat and milk withholding provides flexibility particularly if clearing cattle of ticks prior to sale. Following treatment, cattle will be clean of ticks within 3-4 days, with larval ticks prevented from attaching for up to 7 days post treatment.

Spray pigs with minimum 2L spray wash, especially inside ears and legs, under jowls and areas covered by scabs. Replace discarded bedding with clean material. Repeat treatment after 7-10 days. With persistent activity against internal parasites for up to 120 days (see below table for details) or cattle/tick for at least 51 days, no other product offers longer term protection ensuring optimum health, performance and fertility.

OXISTAR LONG ACTING INJECTION FOR CATTLE is effective against sensitive strains of the following parasites:

Internal parasites: Mature (adult) and immature (L4): Barber’s pole worm, Ostertagia ostertagi / Ostertagia lyrata (including inhibited larvae), Black scour worms, Small intestinal worm, Nodule worm, Hookworm, Whipworm, Lungworm and Adult nematodes.

External parasites: Lice (Sucking lice). Aids in the control of Bovicola bovis (biting lice), Mites and Ticks.

Dose Rates 1 mg moxidectin/kg liveweight (1 mL/100 kg liveweight)
